Ibn El Hachimy Salah Eddine
Turning rigorous financial analysis into ventures, communities and measurable impact — from Fez to the Arab world.
Finance graduate with 4 years of applied study in control, audit, and financial modeling — complemented by hands-on entrepreneurial experience: founded six ventures, led a 32-member multinational team across the Arab world with Osboha 180, coordinated regional events for 90+ participants, and delivered 160+ hours of instruction across five disciplines. I combine analytical rigor with entrepreneurial execution, consistently turning complex challenges into measurable outcomes.
What I'm looking for
Five domains of professional practice
Venture Building
Founded six ventures across ed-tech (TawjihYou), co-living (Colife), community infrastructure (Vanguard), e-commerce (Dar L'Khir), professional acceleration (Vertex), and skilled trades (Maalam). Four remain active today — each built from initial concept through market research, business model design, financial modeling, and competitive pitching.
Finance
Master's in Finance, Control & Audit from USMBA. Four years of applied study spanning financial modeling, management control systems, strategic analysis, and audit methodology — providing the quantitative backbone that informs every business decision across my ventures.
Research
Two years of empirical research investigating how digital transformation reshapes management control systems. Defended a 170-page thesis before an expert jury, receiving three commendations — for research methodology, quality of presentation, and analytical rigor — alongside extensive constructive feedback from the panel.
Community & Social Impact
Led a 32-member multinational team across the Arab world with Osboha 180 — the largest Arab reading initiative — winning the majority of regional challenges. Built governance structures for Vanguard-Community, coordinated regional events, and designed social impact workshops that enabled collective growth for students and communities across Fès-Meknès.
Teaching & Mentorship
Delivered 160 hours of instruction across five disciplines — spanning Sustainable Development Goals, modern values and ethics, financial modeling, technical skills, and academic subjects — and mentored professionals through structured programs designed to produce measurable, lasting growth.
The ventures that endure are those that understand a simple truth: true prosperity is never solitary. When enterprise serves the common good and growth is measured by the lives it lifts, abundance becomes the natural outcome for all.
Competencies built through practice
Core competencies developed across four years of venture building, academic research, community leadership, and structured teaching — spanning technical, creative, leadership, and digital domains.

How I work
Every initiative follows the same disciplined arc — from understanding the problem to delivering measurable outcomes.
Every decision begins with evidence. I invest in understanding the landscape, the stakeholders, and the constraints before proposing solutions.
Ideas are shaped through structured frameworks — business model canvases, financial models, and design thinking — then tested against reality.
Strategy means nothing without disciplined execution. I build governance structures, coordinate stakeholders across levels, and manage end-to-end logistics to deliver on every commitment.
Every initiative is evaluated against its intended impact. What works is scaled and systematized. What falls short is documented as a structured lesson — ensuring each venture builds on the last.
