Animated the Fès-Meknès regional final of Ma Thèse en 180 Secondes, coaching PhD candidates to present complex research in 3 minutes. Winners advanced to national and international rounds, earning Public, Jury, and Lycées prizes.

Challenge

MT180 challenges PhD candidates to present their thesis in exactly 3 minutes — no easy feat when your life's work is 200+ pages of specialized research. The Fès-Meknès regional final needed an animator who could demystify science communication, build confidence, and prepare candidates to compete at the national level.

Approach

Designed and delivered interactive workshops covering storytelling for technical audiences, stage presence, voice modulation, and the art of distilling complex ideas into compelling 3-minute narratives. Used Design Thinking to help participants reframe their research for non-specialist juries. Coached candidates through multiple practice rounds with real-time feedback.
