As a startup co-founder building AI-powered products, this event was a golden opportunity to test the basics I'd learned through books, articles, and certified courses against real-world enterprise tools. The gap between theoretical knowledge and applied implementation became clear — and that gap is exactly where TawjihYou's competitive advantage lives. Mr. Said WAHID's closing message — that manners, family, religion, and Allah's guidance are essential in professional success — brought wisdom that transcended the technical content.

For early-stage startups in Morocco, the vendor-agnostic approach often makes more sense — build with open tools first, then migrate when scale demands it.

Enterprise tools are powerful but expensive and complex. For TawjihYou, we chose to start with open-source AI tools and open APIs, then integrate enterprise solutions once we have validated product-market fit. The Microsoft ecosystem is excellent, but locking into it too early can limit flexibility for a pre-revenue startup in an emerging market.
