Mission

Vanguard-Community exists to provide students and recent graduates with a structured peer-support environment where they can develop soft and hard skills, share knowledge, and build professional relationships — without waiting for institutional programs to catch up.

How It Works

The community operates on a collective decision-making model with up to 28 administrators who coordinate workshops, discussion groups, and skill-sharing sessions. Members participate in structured activities designed to build competencies in communication, leadership, project management, and critical thinking.
